It is ridiculous that I cannot sign in with my Verizon Fios subscription.

There are so many commercials in 2 1/2 minute chunks it makes watching unpleasant and I never finish a show. Of course you can’t ff through. They need to fix it, but I deleted this app - none of the shows are worth the length of time it takes to watch them.

I really can’t watch anything because most of the shows are locked. On counting on all the episodes are locked and I don’t even have a cable to watch it on. I thought this app would be a great opportunity to watch TLC but it’s definitely not so deleting the app until there is more unlocked episodes

I’ve been watching TLC through my subscription with Dish network but however I cannot get the TLCgo app, what’s up with this situation !! The viewers that have been loyal to your channel should be your first and foremost importance than whatever is happening between Dish and TLC for not allowing your viewers from getting your app, please allow your Dish viewers access to your app, thank you a LOYAL viewer.

They advertise “watch free with your tv subscription”. Well, even with a tv subscription, they wouldn’t allow me to watch. Apparently, even though a well known company, my tv subscription isn’t on their “list”. Guess I’m going to have to stop watching TLC. It’s a virtual world, and if you don’t allow viewers to watch on their devices, you’re making it a lot harder to keep viewers for your shows.

I only watch a couple of shows, but what annoys me the most isn't the long boring commercials. I hate that I have to sign in EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app. Like really? Other apps I don't sign in after a couple of weeks not every single time. They should fix that.

I was going to give this a higher start rating until I found out that I’m not able to sign in to my charter account to watch shows that are locked. Please fix and I’ll change the rating.

Doesn’t Save Progress

Despite checking the “Remember me” option when I log in with my cable provider, it never does. When I close the app, and reopen it later, I have to log in all over again. The “continue watching” option doesn’t work either. If the app closes or crashes (which happens frequently), I lose my progress in the episode and have to start all over. If I try to drag the dot through to the point I left off at, I have to sit through yet another ridiculously long commercial break, despite having just gone through one when the episode started. The commercial breaks in this app are much longer than on television, and they are extremely repetitive. Sometimes you can have a five minute commercial break with the same commercial on what seems like a continuous loop. I can recite a lot of the commercials verbatim because they come up so many times. The commercial breaks don’t occur at what you would consider a “normal” part of the episode. Someone can be talking, and all of a sudden, their conversation is abruptly interrupted, and it doesn’t always resume in a spot that makes sense. TLC advertises that you can stream whole seasons, and sometimes even an entire series of certain shows, but some shows aren’t available, and a lot of episodes are locked. I starred a few of my favorite shows hoping that I could easily see the newest episodes in the ”Favorite Shows” tab, but those don’t save either. It’s nice being able to watch episodes you missed, but this app is incredibly frustrating to use, and isn’t at all what the developer promises.
