A bit pricey

Sniklefritz5

It's a fun mini dungeon crawler with strategy to boot. Although it works fine on my iPad, on my iPhone 4 there seems to be a delay sometimes resulting in my attacks "missing" when they're supposed to hit. I bought this gem for $3 but after playing it, it's quickly apparent that this is not worth $3. 1.99 is more appropriate if not even just 99 cents. In its current state it is not worth the price. Wait until the price drops or there is more added. And regarding the missing "wait" command: there is an item that lets you skip a turn. Having to move each turn is part of the strategy. You need to think about your moves before you make them.

Great challenge and doesn't get old

I love this game. It's one of the best ones I've downloaded. I'm a huge iOS gamer and I go through a lot of games, but this one was definitely worth the $2.99! I think that whatever everyone is saying about the "wait" button is kind of counter-intuitive...the game is randomly generated which gives it a great fresh feel every time I play it. My only complaint (if you can hardly even call it that) would be that it is a bit pricy for something that has no features besides the game itself. Different heroes, color of armor and helmet, weapon. Prizing them to players when you beat a quest would be a good idea in my opinion. Other than that....I have noticed the game slowing down the farther and farther I get (around 25,000 points usually) and if that could be fixed that would be superb. Other than that...I love the soundtrack, it's cute. The sound effects are fitting. The monsters are great, reminds me a bit of chess in a way. Spells and level-up bonuses are awesome ? KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND IM LOOKING FORWARD TO NEW FEATURES!

Great game!

But the 10 level cap ruined it for me :(

Best game in a long time

Gauci101

Only complaint is the upgrade meter becomes maxed out and far to early. I don't find the lack of a wait button an issue at all it adds to the difficulty of the game plus there is a "wait" power up

Very Addicting!

Max app stinks

Awesome game. I've gotten a great score of 55,025. The only problem I've seen with the game is after you get about 9,000 points or complete the quest the swipe action has a heavy delay. Fix it please!

Not worth it

Tigerzez

Too pricy for what you pay

Meh

Zeke342

Fun but the inability to skip/wait without the skill is just imbalanced for games of this nature

Mediocre Game

It stops being fun very quickly. It's the same thing over and over again. It feels like it should be a free game with the option to remove ads instead of a full game. I honestly regret buying this.

Good game but 1 thing

Tbh, I love this game, it's quite addicting and worth the money. A couple things I want to say are the game gets a bit to hard after 13k points, and there's a lack in variety of items.

I'm at 250,000 points, and still going.

At first I gave this game a low-rating, but it has a great learning curve. Just when I thought it was over, I discovering a bunch of new strategies. Lol at 1-star review about a "wait" button. Its a silly request. The whole game is about not being able to "wait", and having to choose between spending a spell or taking a hit. Its like the game, Checkers. At first I thought the game was silly because I couldn't make it past 50K points or so. And then I discovered the strategies below: The vampire powerup works great, and you can kill them multiple times to refill your lives. I don't really bother with the lightning, fireball, or dagger powerups, and the 3x chest isnt good either. You only need one powerup of the extra slots, you will never need 8 slots. Everything else goes into melee, vampire, life, firestorm, and freeze powerups, in roughly that order. I try to maintain at least one warp, one freezeall, and one firestorm. These ones will save you. The other spells are just useful as "waits". The rest of the game is just learning the movement patterns of the enemies. I hope the dev adds some things to work towards beyond points. GG.
