Very Easy To Use

I don’t typically Fax enough to justify buying a stand alone machine or all in one printer. So Tiny Fax is perfect for me. I also use Tiny Scanner. I also had a great experience with customer service. I recommend Tiny Fax and Scanner highly.
Fax Will Not Send and RunAround For Refund

I’ve sent five emails requesting a refund for credits purchased because faxes will not send. The response I received was to send emails and they will send credits. Again, I already sent 5 emails! Credits are useless because faxes will not send and I have not received a refund. If you have a similar problem with this or any other company, file a complaint at the following government website: texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection/file-consumer-complaint I will also copy and paste in other review sites.

App advertises as “free” until you actually need to send the fax then it says pay $6/wk yo use this! If I didn’t have to fax something so badly I would have just cancelled this. I will be canceling the subscription as soon as this paperwork goes through. False advertising.

I live this App and the customer service is great. I had a replacement phone and I had issues with my credits. The customer service was very helpful and wakes me through figuring it all out!

Great app until they started weekly/monthly/yearly. Had Ability to send a fax once in a while. I don’t use this enough to pay that much!

This app used to be great. But they made changes and it’s terrible now. Points disappear. Faxes don’t go through. Navigating app is now confusing when it was great before
