Great app, but subscription model is terrible

This app does everything you need it do and is extremely consistent. The main issue is they’ve moved to a subscription based model, so depending on your usage could be good or bad. If you only send a singe fax then you’re looking at a 6 dollar fee, which is ridiculous. I won’t be using this app in the future unless they fix their payment structure.

I wanted to thank the Tiny Fax support team for their help and terrific customer service. It is rare these days to get timely communication and quick resolution to an issue. They did both and it is truly appreciated.

I have the unlimited plan and still am not able I receive fax; only able to send fax. This is not worth their annual unlimited plan, when I still have to leave my location to receive a fax from irs.gov ??♀️??♀️??♀️

I have been using tiny fax for years and it’s quick, it’s easy , and it’s reliable!! Absolutely recommend it every chance I get!!!

BUT, need to have “unsuccessful fax” on auto retry, (w/a button to turn it off in Settings). Settings, to add an account, how do you add another source other than listed, like MS Cloud?
