Should have price for single faxes

Typical... why do I have to do a recurring payment plan, with ‘cancel anytime’? We all know how that goes; now where do I go to cancel again... as the subscription fees quietly add up in the background. Not going to use it, that way. Give an option for single payments, clear and simple, without the auto-billing pick pocketing. Or I won’t use the app. Dead to me.
Saved my son’s life in 2017 and wife in 2021

Being able to send faxes so easily, sending immediately, saved my son’s life in 2017. We were able to get immediate care by sending medical records. TinyFax saved my wife’s life in 2021 the same way — she was able to get emergency medical visits and imaging by sending records herself.
Stop making me buy a subscription

I loved this app until they changed it to force you to buy a subscription. I only ever have need to send faxes once or twice a year. Change it back so you can just have credits or pay for one fax at a time. I’d gladly use it again. Interface is great and it works so well.

Don’t fax that often, had purchased credits to be used as needed. My credits are gone and now they want to a charge me $50 a year to use. This new subscription model is totally useless for the infrequent user like myself! Basically pay $4.99 for one week of faxes then cancel your subscription before they steal another $5 from you. Um…. No thanks! You already stole my outstanding credits. Too many options out there, you guys just priced yourself out of the market. Keep up the good work…
