Congrats to Sorth and team. NOW with this version, you can sync from desktop to iPhone and vice versa .. ALL your information .. clients, work items as well as the individual billable hours for each day. The new syncing is seamless with the In Apps add on. It's an absolutely wonderful tool for ANY consultant, accounting, lawyer, contractor who does billing work hourly. The invoices generated are beautiful .. and MY clients love the detail that they get each month. WONDERFUL job on this release. HIGHLY recommended.

I use this app religiously everyday for my business. I cannot think of a better tool to have for tracking and entering time on projects. The ability to know how much money I am going to make, at any given moment on any project, is fantastic. I love being able to create my invoices and email them out right from my phone. I also purchased their module called "Timewerks Data Sync", which ensures all my data is backed up and safe. "Save2PDF" is another app I use in conjunction with Timewerks to merge all my PDF invoices into one for easy emailing to clients. Easily deserves 5 stars, as their support is bar none as well. Thanks for making my life easier!

I've been using this app since March 2009. It suits my needs very well. I'm glad it's there every time I use it. People accustomed to free and $0.99 apps might too easily conclude this app is overpriced. But this app conquers a lot of "business complexity" and helps me track what I really need to track. Is it perfect? No, but it it's stable, flexible, clean, and keeps getting better. Is it worth the price? Absolutely!
Perfect for my consulting business

I looked through dozens of applications, looking at features, pricing, trials or free versions to make the right decision on which app to buy. I decided on this one and have absolutely no regrets. It's very easy to use and add time. Tracks all my projects, customers, invoices, estimates, payments. It's really a great app.
Great for Medical Consulting

As a practicing physician with multiple administrative duties, Timewerks is a great app. Prior to Timewerks, I recorded these hours on paper, and handed them to my office administrator whenever I had the time to see her, often weeks later. With Timewerks, I record my hours more timely and accurately (since my phone is always with me), and at the end of the month create an invoice, and email it to my office administrator with the push of a button! She loves it so much, she has required all my partners to use it as well. Customizing the profiles to fit my needs was simple, and I have a permanent and reproducible record of my work - no more lost scraps of paper!

Great app. Easy to use. Since the app not only produces invoices and allows for recording of payments in respect of billed invoices, it should be an easy matter to add STATEMENTS FOR CLIENTS in which reflects all unpaid invoices in respect of all projects.
Too many steps

App has too many steps to create a simple invoice. For example: You have to Create a Customer" then "Create a Project" then go into project and create the invoice. Blah blah blah.. Too much. This app needs to be seriously simplified. You can't just click on "Create Invoice" WHY NOT??? Silly app. Don't recommend.

do agree that it would be nice to have a way to send a client statement without having to invoice..but it does a lot of stuff. i love being able to bill client different projects and different rates. Generates nice enough invoices that you can kinda customize. I'ma no fuss type of gal and this is enough. Would be nice to send a pdf statement to me as a backup on a monthly basis or when i ask it to.
