Now and then I have issues - everyone has issues sometimes. I've been using Timewerks for at least a year and a half and had my first problem with the app after upgrading to iOS4 on my 3GS. Though not their problem, the solution to my problem was simple and supplied by Timewerks immediately and in greatest kindness. The app's superiority is exceeded only by its creator. Kinda Biblical.

Extremely helpful for tracking different clients

I love this app and it was worth every penny. I am sure some software to do the same would have been hundreds. Very intuitive, and when I did have a question, I got immediate support that resolved my question. What I like: -it tracks separate clients -I can use multiple billing rates for different services for all clients -I can add in expenses and track mileage -I can use the timer to add time, or manually add it in, and yes you can go back to prior dates when you forget. -The best is that you can create invoices and email the pdf, with your company name, info and logo straight from this app -You can track payments -There are other functions related to taxing and discounts that I do not use, but are there. In sum - great app, use everyday and worth the money. This was a life saver for starting my own business. Thanks!

Great product, easy to upgrade from Lite version

I got fantastic support from the creator of this App when moving up from the Lite version - not that I needed it. Turns out it was very simple to do. Very impressed with the app and I love everything it allows me to do.

As a freelance consultant and graphic artist, I used to lose so much money in untracked, unbilled hours. Timekeeping is always a drag, especially for people in creative fields. To be able to keep real time hours, and invoice directly from my iphone is the coolest thing ever. Timewerks is intuitive, functional and fun. Love it!

Track Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Annual Time

Please add a feature that allows users to track billable hours on a daily, weekly, monthly etc basis (not just per client). It is just as important to keep track of daily/weekly hours, to assess firm/attorney productivity.

A terrific app for managing time and materials for clients and projects. I wouldn't be without it. I use this app more than mail, facebook or any other app. I would be lost without it. Task timer is a great feature. Online backup is VERY handy.

Just upgraded from free LITE version to full paid version. Had a technical issue with importing data and got an immediate response to my e-mail inquiry late on a Saturday night. Not only was the response prompt, it answered my question and provided a simple solution. And it wasn't automated. A real e-mail from a real person. Love this app!

Use it almost everyday ties in to cc terminal just perfect. The new update bring searching for customer which is much needed. I would like to see quick scroll like we are used to in our contacts in our phone. As I now have over 200 customers. It's hard to search through them. The search function works the first time. Then stops Working something they need to look Into. good app.
