If Time wants to stay relevant, not to mention solvent, my suggestion is to invest some capital into fixing this app! Maybe I should just cancel my subscription and call it a day since I can never log into this app. It always seems to be stuck in the “We are experiencing problems. Please try again later.” mode.

So the new app doesn't crash but it still is worthless. I am paying for a subscription through iTunes and no longer have access to the magazine. Very disappointing.

No matter what I do, I am not able to access my current subscriptions or any of the already downloaded magazines. Because of that, I just cancelled my Time Magazine subscription on iTunes. Horrible experience...

After reinstalling the app, reading all of the help articles, and trying all of the suggestions, I’m still unable to read any issues of Time. Whether I log in with my account number or email address, I get the same message- We are currently experiencing some problems. Please try again later. I’ve been trying for a week with the same message. The online Customer Service site is unreachable. Please fix this.

I am a print+digital subscriber and can’t open new issues. This is ridiculous. How hard is it to maintain an app which is essentially a pdf viewer?

Try signing in, get “we are currently experiencing some problems. Please try again later.” Doesn’t work “later” either. I thought my subscription had lapsed but not for another year.

It had been a month since your new version was loaded into my iPhone. It took me a while to activate my account but then I have never been able to load a single issue. Cannot buy one, cannot reactivate my subscription, cannot create a new one. Now after several updates, your app remains a failure. Sad to lose Time magazine—in what must be it’s last and dying format—after reading for most of life. I have deleted the app in sadness and angst. Good bye Time...

The app was not refreshing the magazines, and it looked like I did not have a subscription... I submitted a ticket online, and heard back within a. Few hours and it was fixed... I would give it 5 if I had. Not had the problem to begin with, but I have to give them kudos for fixing the problem. So quickly...
