In this day and age if a media company cannot figure out their authentication issues then they don’t deserve to have a digital presence! I signed in using my print+digital subscription credentials and I still cannot access any content in the app! I continue to get asked to pay for any article I want to read!! Can you please get your digital act together Time magazine??

No success downloading Time after the transition . A series of complaints elicited a ‘fix’ which did not work for the next issue. The instructions for print and digital subscribers include signing in - but there is no place to do so in the Account tab! Really, is this rocket science? Get it fixed!

For the second time in three weeks I am unable to download the new issue - I keep getting the response “error occurred - try again”. Please fix this ASAP.

Constant problems week after week. Have to tangle with customer support every week to get my issues. At least customer support is responsive. Don’t use the app, go back to paper.

Buyer beware!! Five emails to a from the idiots at Zinio still hasn’t fixed the issue. Now my subscription is no longer recognized and content is now totally inaccessible. This ZINIO app for Time Magazine is garbage. This app is simply a piece of Sh*t! Not to mention the customer service from the developers is incredibly incompetent.

Just when I think it is fixed it reverts to not working. I am done struggling to use this app-while the content is great the utility is crap. This is truly the only app that gets worse with every update. At this point I can’t view anything. What am I paying for?

I’ve been a long term subscriber, but very unhappy with the newest app. At first I could download my digital editions and the app seemed better than before. But this week the app didn’t work. First problem was “no internet connection “ but I did have a connection. Next problem— I downloaded the current issue, but the red READ button stated ‘buy for $6.99’ I tried signing out, and reloading the app, but it does not work. My subscription is current. Please don’t advise me the same as the others, I’ve tried but it doesn’t work.

Having the same problems as many others here. I’ve been a print subscriber for almost 20 years and have been using the digital app since it’s release. Cannot sign in with my valid email or account number and am unable to access new issues stating I need to “Buy Issue” even though my account is current. When trying the instructions given for Print + Digital subscriber it states it is experiencing problems and to try again later. It’s been doing this for 3 or 4 days now.

The “new” or refreshed app is terrible. Difficulty first signing on, new issues are hard to download .. will ask you to purchase even though you have a paid subscription. Poor job in creating this app.

I have 4 months remaining on subscription, but can not login to app. Have already turned off auto renew.
