How can such a good company have such a bad app? If you want to spend all your time watching 3 dots get bigger and smaller, this is the app for you. Opening this app is like going to a casino, wondering if it will work or not, but your odds are better at a casino.

You have to load money onto the app, you can’t just pay for your order in exact amount when you make it. So they are always holding up to $5 of every app user. You can’t add a password to your account. You need to verify with email every time you log in. The stores promote offers that they don’t offer on the app When they run out of a menu item, which is very frequently, the store can’t refund you, you must contact app support, for which there is no phone number. Just an email address and they don’t respond. I believe this apps 4.5 star raiting is a result of bots. READ THE REVIEWS most people that give it 5 stars are rating the restaurant, not the app

I finally scrapped it from my phone. Order window & cash is king for those coffee orders my mom demands. You asked for more details. I agree with many others here. Just clean slate. The aesthetic is the only useable framework. So start over. And link the app to the cashier! My mom’s latte costs 2x+ with the app vs order at the window with cash. Last time my order never made it to cashier & would not update. I gave up, wrote off my money and ordered her latte old-school at another after I went to BK to order for myself. So as I said. Coupled with other complaints. Clean slate with a new developer.

i’ve been trying to look at the lunch menu anywhere i could find it and it says it’s unavailable everytime i click on it, i just want to see what lunch food there is. nothing on goggle has the updated menu or has missing items that i know they have. so annoying.

For months I’ve been trying to transfer money from gift cards. It never works. I receive an error message telling me that they can’t process my request. So I emailed them and after a few questions, they ghosted me. No further response. It’s unfortunate that such a large company has an app that is so terrible but it’s egregious that their customer service is so poor. I’m not able to order on the app because I can’t transfer funds. So I have to use the card in person and miss out on any mobile deals. It’s starting to feel like a scam.

Instructions are hard to follow, offers promised to show at checkout aren’t, waste of download space.

I got the app for a Tim’s that recently opened in my area, & I noticed that it has a message asking me to verify my email. I tapped the button several times over the past 48 hours & still no confirmation email has arrived. I also contacted support for assistance…crickets. Just sayin’ - this isn’t how you keep customers coming back…

The app has become unusable. I looked and the 53.1MB app had 4.77GB, yes GB, of data on my phone.
