Doesn’t work

Tic_tac.0

I’ve used the app since it came out, despite the MANY issues, but this time has been the worst. To begin, no locations are popping up which there are no excuse for because there’s a location on almost every street corner. When I try to use a rewards points it won’t take off anything like they’re supposed to do. Currently what I’m upset about is that the app is telling me that I don’t have any points even though I had a bunch saved up. Needs definite work.

App is broken

slack is help

As of 12/8 I cannot place an order from the app. Items are in my cart but stuck loading them payment information. Has been this way for days now

What’s up?

- Delivery option doesn’t work. Every time it says something went wrong. - Keeps assuming I’m in Canada when I moved to the USA. Even if I make a new account.

App is very inconsistent. More often than not it loads indefinitely

Also, once gift cards are loaded onto app, they cannot be used in person. This would be fine if the app actually worked. C’mon guys

Forcing use of Tim’s Card?!!!

Red vonBaron

Edit: Wow a response! I should be glad eh? Guess they didn’t read the review though. FYI guys… I already emailed your support as well as called/emailed CBC news and others. Was just too darn tired to go flood you guys on social media but that’s next. Not that it would accomplish anything… #TimHortonsCares ————— Are you kidding me? Seriously this must be a joke… because if you’re now FORCING us to use & preload your card vs paying directly (ApplePay, credit card etc. as I’ve done and have payment methods setup for) then GOODBYE Tim Hortons. Not only will I NOT use the app but I’ll not buy anything from you again. Why? Preloading your card with MY money in advance is me giving you an interest free loan! Forcing everyone using the app to do this will surely give you a lot of cash to float… I have to put up with this at banks but refuse to from a merchant wanting my business. I hope everyone reading this does the same and says goodbye to you. What a slimy move on your part.

New update ruined ordering!

New app update seems great… smooth browsing through the menu. But then time comes to place your order. It’s not just the Apple app - my husband has a Samsung and neither of us can place the order. The app gets totally hung up at the final step. I’ve tried closing and opening, even restarting my phone. Garbage update if we can’t even place an order! I’ve tried clicking “app support” and it just keeps taking me back to the app “contact us” page and reloading the same page over and over.

Never in my life seen anything this dumb

Cannot link physical Tim card to account or app. Follow the directions which takes me briefly to a page with what appears to be a “scanner” image to scan the card in and immediately then resets to previous page with the directions. Logging in and doing it manually claims either the card is not valid or active yet calling the number on the card and typing in the info proves otherwise. You know what? Dunkin’ is next door without the hassles of trying to accumulate my rewards.

Nice when it works

I go to Tim Hortons pretty regularly, and I like to use the app because I customize my orders. Recently, the app will log me out every day or so, and when I try to complete my order, it sits on the loading screen forever. I even tried to order on the website instead and got stuck in the “loading” loop. I don’t know what’s going on, but I hope the UI is fixed soon. In the meantime, the app is getting a low score and I can’t recommend downloading it in its current form.

Stuck at checkout

Junjod

Would not finish transaction. Submitted a complaint through the app, says I would get a response within 24-48 hours by email, it’s been a week already and nothing yet.
