Awful app. Each time I close the app and go back in another time I have to log back in. Every. Single. Time. Sick of having to get a code sent to my email all the time. Not impressed at all.
Coupons never work

The app is honestly pointless. The coupons are only good for mobile ordering, but even when you place a mobile order the discounts are not reflected in your cart nor after payment is completed. I have had to email customer service every time, and they keep giving me rewards points rather than my actual refund. Most recently I made a mobile order in order to use a coupon for a free donut but the store was out of stock of all of the donuts I ordered. There is nowhere in the app to cancel an order so now I have to wait for customer service again. Also they seem to have removed the option to pay directly with a debit/credit card and now you have to load funds onto their Tim card which is a complete money grab and waste of time as well as being inconvenient.

This app is so easy to use and you can’t beat the deals they offer either. Especially if you’re like me and go to TimHortons at least twice a day.
Location of Stratford NJ is not activated. Rewards/offers on app didn’t work

Do not purchase on the app on holidays I just paid for my online order and it showed the store was open when I got there everything I asked the unprofessional assistant manager kept telling me we’re closed come get your order tomorrow
