Great cookies, terrible app

I downloaded the app because you could get exclusive deals. Well, first time I tried to redeem a deal, it errors out. Says there’s an issue with the card. Doesn’t matter what card, it times out. Can order on the website without issue, but for the price, I’m not doing that. Deleting the app since it doesn’t work for its intended purpose. Back to just ordering on special occasions or when someone else sends them to me.
I don’t want your $50 membership

You have to decline their $50 Elite membership twice for every time you want to order cookies. Flat out annoying

The number one thing that prevents us from buying cookies from Tiff’s is the ridiculous requirement of being forced to order in minimums of 6 cookies. When ordering a dozen cookies, we NEVER only want two kinds. We ALWAYS want at least four kinds of cookies. There are also lots of times when we just don’t want six cookies (frankly, they taste too good and healthy restraint is impossible with a box of warm tiff’s cookies on the counter). We often just want two or four cookies and often want a variety. If we are thinking of getting cookies for desert, each person usually has a different preference for their favorite. The absurdly frustrating thing is if we go in to a store, we can order one individual cookie. Or a dozen cookies, with any number of combinations. We can order a dozen cookies and get a dozen different flavors if we want. So why can’t I order like that via the app?!?!? It is simply Stupid and frankly Irresponsible for both customers and employees, especially during the ongoing pandemic. Instead of being able to place my order online and then minimize contact with staff, I’m forced to come inside and place an order manually. And not only is it MUCH less safe for everyone involved (and completely unnecessary), I also can’t take advantage of any of the specials or coupons that I get via email if I have to place my order in person. The whole thing just leaves a bad taste in our mouths and leaves us angry and frustrated (not how we should feel when thinking about warm cookies). I get that you might need to force minimum purchase sizes on deliveries. Fine. So do that. But there is no reason, especially for pickup orders, to put limits on the variety of cookies being ordered. I should be able to order one, two, three, four, or five hundred cookies (or any number in between), and order any combination or variety. Just like I can if I walk into the store. There is NO reason to not allow us to place a pickup order that I can get if I walk into the store. You lose a LOT of business from us because of a) the minimum order size of six cookies and b) the minimum order size of six cookies per flavor. Both are silly, make no sense, and are just infuriating. Throw in the fact that coupons and specials available via the app are not available in person (where the silly order rules don’t apply), and you just piss off and alienate customers. I opened the app just now because I want to order cookies. But I can’t order what I want! You just lost a sale. And this happens all the time. Please fix the app. Now would be nice. Or now. Or how about now? I really want a cookie.

I downloaded the app so that I can track my delivery…there’s no way to track my order! What’s the point?!

I have received Tiff’s Treats as a gift and loved it and I have sent same to a friend that needed a smile and a hug and it made their day that someone took time from their day to do something nice for them! So, I love Tiff’s Treats!!!♥️
Don’t fall for it - It doesn’t track order

As others have said, it doesn’t in any way track your order. It just shows you order info. So annoyed I downloaded the pointless app. It’s just some gimmick to send you unwanted push notifications.

Got the text my order had arrived but of course it had not… you can’t get ahold of ANYONE for this but they will hit you daily with sales emails??????
AMAZING cookies, subpar tracking

The app boasts a “tracking” function, but it isn’t really tracking. Just an estimated delivery time, which updates to the time the driver leaves the store, and then again to the actual delivery time. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still using the app and I’m not complaining about the ability to have cookies delivered…but the “tracking” needs some work.
