App doesn’t show ANY dates for orders

Used to work well, but now it effectively is worthless. You can’t pick a date ever because none populate. Just go online or better still, make cookies at home. =\

The app is very easy to use. The only issue I have is the option they give you to track you order. The only information given is the time the cookies leave the store for delivery, that’s it. Nothing about an estimated time for arrival, besides the timeframe you selected for delivery.

Not User Friendly

Want to track order ... tried to create account. Won’t let me input my info (even though I’d rather just track order and not have to enter all my info). Website also has bugs when you order and try to copy order and change anything it doesn’t save so you have to call and go through whole spew again. Annoying, time consuming and not user friendly. Fix these bugs so your cookies can be enjoyed without the hassle!

It was easy enough to navigate. Didn’t understand the other fuss about the app. was. Got the cookies. I suppose the app could be a little more visually compact instead of having to scroll through all the options.

You’re better off calling it in. The UI is trash and you can’t track your order.

Received a text stating we had warm cookies. Problem was we were leaving at that moment to drive from our home near San Antonio to Houston. We contacted the cookie company and they shared we could have them delivered to the hotel we are staying at. It was seem less and perfect! The cookies are YUM! Thanks Will for the treat!

Tiff’s Treats is hands down delicious but this rating is for the app so I give it a 3 bc there’s no actual tracking. I’ve seen other reviews mention u have to have an acct and download the app to track your order. Well I have both and it only shows the order and original estimated delivery time window it showed when you placed the order. Ppl like to physically see gps tracking on their food orders whether it’s pizza or cookies. It’s a shame that most of the bad reviews going back a year or 2 are for this same issue. Please fix this and do better by listening to your loyal customers complaints and suggestions.

Cookies good, app bad. Annoying pop ups all the time to join a club for 50.00 so annoying I’ve not ordered after getting frustrated by the number of prompts before trying to buy or while checking out. It should take as little effort as possible when you’re trying to order quickly.

I really hate that 1- I signed up for elite, and get special promo’s due to this- awesome- but unless I’ve remembered the code from when it popped up as a notification I’m out of luck. They don’t store the codes in the app for elite users, and don’t send emails with it. That’s pretty ridiculous and an easy thing to fix.

Have to memorize coupon codes

This app makes me feel dumb. On more than one occasion I got a deal with a coupon code pop up in my notifications. Every time I click on the notification I would assume the app would open and automatically apply the coupon to my cart but NO. Once I click on the notification it disappears and if I don’t memorize the coupon code it’s gone forever. Sometimes they’re exclusive app deals so I can’t even look up the code online. Please fix this. I shouldn’t have to remember to memorize a coupon code everyone I get a notification.
