App was easy to you (would be better if it had Apple Pay), delivery was early, and the cookies were warm and delicious. I highly recommend the app and the cookies.

Saves all your info on past orders (addresses etc), and even sends you reminders on birthdays and anniversaries. Very easy to use!

Great idea. I thought the app was easy to use. No issues like some other reviewers. However, didn’t order as it wanted credit card info, so didn’t complete the purchase

Not bad but doesn’t have a map tracker like advertised. Pretty much just an ordering platform. Could be better.

Why can I sign in through Facebook on their website but see no option on the app? I can’t reset password since my Facebook email is so old and no longer in use.
You can’t input an order number anywhere to track it.

You place an order online. Don’t create an account because nobody creates accounts if they can avoid it. After you check out, the website says “want to track your order? Download the app!” Okay, kind of annoying but fine. Download the app. There’s still nowhere to track your order. It forces you to create an account in order to do anything. So now you’re annoyed, of course, but you create an account anyway using the same information that you’d used on your order. Doesn’t matter, though, because your order doesn’t show up and there’s still nowhere to input your order number so you can track it. I don’t want to create an account. I don’t want to download the app. I don’t want your emails. I want cookies at my doorstep, that’s it. I have the order number, there should be somewhere that you can track it by order number either online or in the app.

I ordered cookies as a gift for someone but I didn’t want to create an account. I wanted to track my order and there is NO where to input you order number unless you ordered with an account.
