Expensive, buggy, no support

This app is extremely buggy, and after paying $20 to unlock everything we've just continued to find more issues. I contacted support several days ago but never received a response. Save your $$.
Love it. But needs more engines

Don't buy it. Performed the update and it locked everything we had already purchased. No way to restore it.

It was such a perfect game until my son was playing this afternoon and the options menu or icon disappeared. We couldn't switch anything. I deleted the game and reloaded it and now I'm still unable to see if all of the trains I purchased are on there. I only see Thomas now but I purchased several other train packs. Very frustrating.

The app glitches and freezes, my son plays and then the train freezes and doesn't want to move anymore we have to uninstall and reinstall app for it to work. Please fix

We got this game and then I went to head and paid the $20 to buy all of the toys. Randomly the sound will stop working and sometimes and you get stuck and other times you'll be going up stuck in a tree or something somewhere and you can't get out. Please fix the bugs on your app.

You can't earn anything through game play, you need to buy everything? That is terrible and it preys on people who wouldn't normally spend a lot of money on an app because your kid is begging for more trains. You should be ashamed
