Very fun game . My 2 1/2 year old loves it. Only one problem I purchased all the stuff and there’s an ad in the upper right of the screen for more apps. My daughter keeps tapping it then going through the list. Could you get rid of this ad in the game?

This app is cute and my son really enjoys playing it. However, the game gets stuck quite a bit in the turn table area and then you can’t do anything. You have to shut down the app completely and then start all over again, which is very frustrating. It seemed to start happening after we bought all of the trains. Overall the game is cute and I would love to give it more stars, but this glitch happens too often.
Waste of time and money.

Even though I’m not the targeted demographic for this game, I feel like this it treats kids like they’re barely a year old. The game constantly holds your hand and forces you to stop and play the same simple mini games over and over again, setting the pace to a screeching halt. Furthermore, the set can be difficult to navigate without the aid of a map to show you where certain locations are. But the worst offense in this game is how it forces you to pay real money for all the other engines after you collect everything for Thomas’ set! I can understand if you had to pay for special/fan-favorite engines like Ryan, Ashima, or Diesel 10; but having to pay for all of them is ridiculous! As a Thomas fan, I did enjoy the references to certain songs and little locations, but I’m also disgusted with how the developers made this game with the idea that kids will buy anything. Parents are better off buying real toy trains for their kids.
Train constantly gets stuck mid-game

Incredibly frustrating gaming experience for my kids - the train will constantly get stuck at certain points of the game with no ability to move it. For example, at the turntable where you have to align it to get some trains out, your own train will get stuck and you can't move using the accelerator. The train just doesn't move and all necessary actions have been completed. This also happens in other points of the game like after raising and lowering the bridge. As an app developer myself, I can appreciate the high level of difficulty of developing a game like this, but these type of game breaking bugs are unacceptable. Only way to recover the app is to do a manual app kill. Since these areas of the game are frequently crossed, these bugs make the game unplayable.

My grandson has used this app for a few years and loved it. Now it finishes a section, wants you to make a purchase and to play again we have to delete and re add...not fun!
