My son loves it BUT the app messes up randomly

My asd son loves trains and this app. He’ll get upset though because the app won’t let him drag the people to the correct box to continue the game. It’s happened multiple times and I always have to restart the game so he can play more.

As others have mentioned, the kids just redo the same challenges over and over since it costs money to unlock a majority of the game. App hasn’t had any audio whatsoever since the last update, and my son won’t play without the sound, so I’ve finally just deleted the app as it’s been a month of frustration at this point.
