I have been playing for a little over a year. It’s a good game, however the “pay to win” mechanic is there. To avoid it’s simple Guild and grind. Work your way into the top 50 guild ( world wide or local) take advantage of trade good Tuesday’s. Do your best and continue to grow. Don’t buy anything ,use the trade goods as currency, they’re free and they work believe me. Save whatever gold you get until you hit the higher levels 63-67 Developers: Fix the burning zombie issue! They shouldn’t do damage to a melee survivor it doesn’t make since.

So for some reason my app constantly crashes after I leave a connection to wi-fi and when I try to close the app and relaunch it, it just continuously gives me the 'Unable to Connect. Please try again.' Error message. If I tap the 'retry' button, it just pops the error message right back up. I have closed the application, restarted my phone, none of it works. I have to connect to another wi-fi network, redownload the game, but I can only play it on that wifi network. If I turn my wifi off or leave for another wifi it gives the same error message. I have tested my connection and my connection is fine. I contacted technical support and informed them of the issue, read all the troubleshooting tips and performed all of them, and I informed technical support of everything I have tried. They sent me back a response saying oh someone will contact you within 24 hours, don't respond to this one because it's just an automated message blah blah blah. So when I do get an actual response from a certain individual, he just sends me the same troubleshooting tips I told him I have already tried. Now I'm not sure if you treat all the customers as complete idiots or if the whole technical support team just doesn't even read the messages before responding. But The technical support for this game is the reason I'm not going to go out of my way to play/recommend this game to anyone. So thank you technical support.
Takes Forever to Reload Game

Every time I minimize the game and come back in the reload get stuck at 20% forcing me to exit the game completely, wait for 10 seconds then relaunch the game then it will load. If you re-enter the game too fast after closing it will again be stuck at 20%. Sat through two months of this already hoping devs would fix this but no luck and this is ridiculous. Have a brand new iPhone 7 that I just got so it’s not the hardware. It’s the same on iOS 10 or 11. If you want to be a trained monkey and learn to close the game and reopen every time session play this game.

I’ve been playing this game for 8 months now, I never got bored! It always surprises me with new missions and new quests, every event has it’s own gifts and I think it’s cheap, my only problem with it is that takes forever to get supplies but it’s fun! Totally worth it, also there’s my favorite part in the game when one of the players die and the walkers get distracted for two turns which is kinda fun to see! I love this game so much, give it a try!

Very fun game. You can spend money to advance faster but definitely playable as a play-for-free game. Individual boards are fairly quick to do so you can squeeze in a quick round during breaks or between classes/meetings. I also like the fact that the main characters are readily attainable and not just very rare or expensive finds like in some games. Could have been a 5* star rating but the developers made the Savior enemies WAY too overpowered. So for the boards that they stick 4 Saviors on, dont even bother. Just skip them until your heroes are about 5 levels higher than the suggested difficulty level.
