Great game - not so great payoff

I have been playing this game religiously for about a year. I have put at least $100 into it and have even led a successful guild. Recently I decided to purchase a package so that I could have enough gold to create some components. I had collected many components but no badge fragments, which cost 500 gold each. I purchased 4. All but one was basically sh*t and didn’t do anything but increase my survivor health or damage by 5%. Sorry but that is ridiculous. I feel completely taken advantage of, especially after all of the time and effort I have put into this game. Basically it’s like somebody taking a sh*t on you. I want my money back! But I realize that won’t happen. Nobody in his company cares, they got my money. And I have to deal with it. Just wait until I go into all of the forums and YouTube videos and let people know what a money making Scheme this is. I have over 50k in followers. I love this game, but i don’t love how even if you pay hard earned cash doesn’t give you a satisfaction like it should. So either somebody in this company gives me some kind of reimbursement, either with gold or some decent badge fragments...(feel free to check my history as a player, you will see I am a loyal player that pays) or I will make sure to go on social media with a vengeance so that unknowing people don’t invest in this potential rip off. Your choice.
Can't get ahead.

This game was enjoyable, but it's impossible to get ahead without spending money. You upgrade your players, and instantly the foes get harder ridiculously harder. It is impossible to win. You are always up against a wall. Don't waste your time.

Absolutely love this game! Completely addicting and can play it all day.....BUT.....how in the zombie apocalypse can you not have a Shane character?!?!? HUGE FAIL!!!!

It was fun in the beginning, but after that it’s impossible to continue a mission, it’s just became complicated you have to spend money to continue playing and i hate that

This game was a lot of fun when I started it last year, then they upgraded the game and added " The Distance" a more difficult level for more prizes. Since the update, the game crashes constantly. I've complained and was told older versions of iPads and Iphones cannot support the game. They say they are working on it but I doubt it...its been a few months and a few updates since then and it only gets worse. This game is not worth having to buy a brand new iPad

I really enjoy this game and its content and I am getting close to unlocking quite a few heroes however there are some I am having a really hard time with. To the devs- can you add a token share in the guild?

It’s not really walking dead based or even zombie logic based since Daryl’s bow still attracts zombies even though the only reason he uses it is to be silent because nobody wants to use a weapon that takes at least five seconds to load and only shoots once, the games graphics for the characters are a bit chalky especially since they can’t even hold a gun properly or when leveled up rub their knife like the kitchen knife is a relic, and the movement system is a bit wack since they can walk in front of the exit but they can’t go into it because it’s one block away from where they can go. I recently got the game just yesterday but I enjoy it, but it needs a good amount of tweaking before it is good.
