Very user friendly app for training indoors. Riding in the peloton makes indoor training bearable.

Great with BikeErg

Just started and seems like a great system.... However, there needs to be full windows support and they need to get an app for Android.

My goodness.

Great App That Has It All
FlyGuy11111111

I really enjoy the Sufferfest app. It is nice to have one app that has all the rides, yoga, and now strength training workouts that I need. I have stuck to cycling and running exclusively for a few years, and I have noticed my overall strength and flexibility have declined. As they say too much of a good thing isn’t necessarily a good thing. I’ve been wanting to incorporate flexibility along with core and upper body strength into my workout routine for some time now. The yoga and strength plans have a wide array of difficulties and durations. Some are 15 minutes long which is great if I want to have a cool down stretch via a yoga video or a quick strength session after work. I also like that the app has medals you can earn. They seem frivolous sometimes but they have motivated me to do a ride because I want to keep my streak going. If I could change or ask for one thing, I would ask for the ability to add a plan to my personal calendar. I haven’t figured out a way to take say a cycling plan and add it to a calendar outside of the TrainingPeaks platform. I use a different service for my cycling analysis so I don’t want to pay for TeainingPeaks just to plan my workouts. My very untechnical workaround for this is to print off the plan and keep track with pencil and paper. However, it would be nice to save some trees and have this information electronically.

My favorite cycling app
Tris&Ken

Was looking for a way to intensify my spin habit and to do it on my own time. I’m s busy mom of 4 athletes and a triathlete husband and everybodys workouts were taking a priority to mine. No more! Struggled through a few other cycling apps— it was was me, not them. I just needed great music, an inspiring visual and a workout that was worth my time (ie data based). This app delivered in a big way and I never miss my workouts now because I look forward to them. My family supports me and I like that they get to see me sweating and suffering on the bike too. I love the workouts— until they start and then I suffer through them kind of hate them—and then I like them again after I conquer. Thanks for an amazing service!

If you want to ride with friends, go with Zwift. But if you want to get faster, go with Sufferfest.
