I have been following this for a while. They teach, not just instruct. Not only how to improve from where you are in you running journey but how to modify it if you are injured and recovering. I am 66 yo and I have had a comeback after cancer and they let me know I can do this .....again!
I started running this summer, and I’d like to run the NYRR 2019, it is a dream, I challenge myself and I have to do it. Today I ran 5 Miles, well... I know it said 5K. But I didn’t find how to put the app on mode Kilometers.
Running is so much more than just running. This app has nutrition, form, strength, mobilization and recovery work and is an excellent resource for recreational and competitive runners of any age.
I signed up for their training club ($30/month) and was pretty surprised I couldn’t find any way to set up a profile, customize my goals, or communicate with coaches. Worse, a day later, I got locked out of my account and it’s showing no record of my username. I’ve contacted TRE each day for the last three days (via email, fb messenger, and their account cancel option) and have received no response.
This app is truly one of a kind. As soon as I found these guys I knew I had struck gold! Running is life for me and this app is so easy to use and to find what you need. My only regret is that I hadn’t discovered these guys earlier! I also get emails from them and subscribe to their YouTube channel. So many resources thank you so much! You guys rock! I want to visit San Francisco for a chance to meet you all!
I had been looking for a running coach because I have been trying to get into running on and off for years, but knew I needed assistance because I am not a natural runner. I decide to try the Beginner Running Program, and I think it’s the best money I’ve spent on fitness in a long time! The videos are great for instruction, the program itself is very well-rounded, and the community is fun and supportive. After I’m done with the beginner program, there are a ton of other programs that I can work with to continue to improve. Thanks so much!
I had trouble getting myself to the gym or outside to run consistently. This app helped motivate me by providing a training program that guided me through a different workout routine each day and kept me engaged enough to keep going on those runs. Great app, thanks TRE! ??♀️??
