Fix the REFINE option and scrolling issue

Upgraded to the latest version and instantly notice bugs. 90% of the time the "refine" options don't appear. I go to narrow down the shoe sizes and the circle buttons aren't there. It's just blank. This is completely annoying as I have to shut down the app, reopen it, search again, and sometimes the shoe sizes finally appear. Please fix because this causes me extra time and I lose out on purchases as the item sells to someone else cause they find it faster than I do. Scrolling is also an issue because when I do a new search it doesn't automatically scroll to the top--it starts the new search in the same spot I left. If I had scrolled down a ways in the precious search, it starts in the same spot for the next search. I have to do it manually and scroll all the way to the top. Please fix.

The site is easy to use if you search by brand or item desired. Otherwise it is hard to find what you are looking for. Easy checkout and simple to use otherwise and great bargains to be found. I've used this store many times and it is Legit, reliable, and great customer service should you need to speak with someone.

I was desperate finding a specific pair of sunglasses and searched other apps for way more, but finding them on this site made me skeptical at first regarding the condition wasn't too detailed. Although when I received in a speedy shipping realized how organized and beyond my expectations i was for the item and through the site as they pack the items im very happy with my purchase will keep looking for my iso here for sure <3!!!

I love the realreal but the app is not as good as it once was and is better if you just login to the real web link. There is great selection of merchandise available and the employees are helpful to a degree. The rest is really your knowledge of the merch you are buying. I have rated this a 3 because of the recent update and the kinks that are related to that app update.

For anyone who loves luxury fashion & top designer couture - The Real Real is absolutely phenomenal......attaining highest authentic - quality items at a great price. Item descriptions are very good - as are the photos of the item. I've had excellent customer service experiences too with both returns and timely refunds. I'm a very big fan!!
