Great Idea/Awful Outcome

Some items such as luggage and bags are not returnable even if description is inaccurate or misleading, to return you must "consign" which takes a 30% chunk out of the return, not to mention shipping. Have received many items DAMAGED PURPOSELY like ties and shoes. Ties get return tag PUNCHED THROUGH DESIGNER LABEL!!! and packed horribly. The idea is great but overall execution and handling of these high end items is unacceptable. App also constantly crashes when removing favorites. Some items are constantly marked "coming soon" then instantly marked SOLD. Doesn't make any sense. Customer Service reps are ALL snobs with BAD ATTITUDES. Have only received outstanding help ONCE out of 6 times I have had to call. Will not purchase anything here again. Worst experience on a shopping app

Warning - this app is so easy to use you'll shop too much. Very easy to search, navigate and keep a list of favourite obsessions. $210 Louboutins? $50 Missoni cardigan? Yes please. I've spent far too much here and I love it.
