The app is not the greatest needs a back button really and it’s pretty slow so it’s pretty nice seeing the stuff but I would rather go to a store near me

But I hate their app. The slowest app I have ever used. Took me a store that is non-existent! Never worked in my iPad.
Too many bugs

Awesome clothing but the app needs major fixing. There’s too many bugs. Tried to purchase a few things but was unable to do so due to glitches. When trying to make payment, items selected with size showing available on the app ends up show unavailable when at check out. Please fix bugs!

Load times are too long

Other than the load times taking forever, this is a very simple and easy to use app to get my north face gear.

Fix the rewards/login
Where's the map?
Similar complaint from a previous review in which showing I’m maxed out on points but not a VIPeak member ?. Recognizes it’s me but then shows 0 points. Don’t care for how the filter part works. It doesn’t narrow down specific filters, just tells “0” results when I know they’re there. Found this out when I try to back after looking in same category and then filters have to be redone. Annoying!!

you literally have to log in each time opening it and no face unlock supported and the log in does not even work sometimes. ty tnf for saving me money
