This app really helps me out of lot because I would always have to use safari and now I have the app. I can find everything I need to find and it is really useful/helpful.

This app is ridiculously slow and glitchy. You would hope that an incredible company like the North Face, would put as much attention into their website as they do into their products.

We love the clothing but the app is woefully incapable. Forget about trying to log in or save items in your cart. Just went through the process again four times to buy three additional items and each time our cart was empty when we went to pay. Please have someone update the app to make it better for iOS devices.


Submit order does not work

Filled out all order details, billing, etc. then submit of order did not work. Kind of an important feature to have. No error or info message, just quick activity indicator then nothing...


A Little Too Slow

I love everything the app has to offer but it takes a lot longer than all of my other apps to get to the page I’m trying to get to. I have also had the issue of it saying I’m not VIPeak member even though I am. At least all of my TNF stuff is worth the wait!

App does not consistently keep me signed in to my peak rewards account. It is also consistently very slow.
