Needs Work

Crashes frequently. Lots of bugs and error pop ups. When browsing an item the back button doesn’t go back to the category list whether filtered or not. It goes back the main menu. Unable to buy items. Swipe navigation doesn’t work. :(
App non responsive

App doesn’t reflect my account orders or rewards. Can’t contact support from app. Just get spinning wheel. Same for orders. Spin spin spin. My rewards aren’t here either. Useless for me.

Not problems with the clothes or gear, but the app is very frustrating. It more often than not fails to load, quits, and/or the loading and viewing the cart function is very poor. Just browse mobile online rather than use app

Can’t add nothing to my wishlist....I try to add different things to the cart and just disappears.....etc Love the brand but can’t stand the app

I love TNF. I have never had any issues with customer service. I purchase for my family all the time. The app however does need tremendous work!!

Slow and buggy. Doesn’t always load the content and how you apply promo codes are very hidden/difficult.
