Tv provider problem

When I try to link with my tv provider to watch locked shows, i get a message that says my provider has not authorized live streaming, but that’s not what I’m trying to do.
Bad load times

I was dying to watch the ice skating finals on NBC but wasn't at home during the broadcast. I got pizza, took my break and was ready to go. Of course it loads the commercials perfect but will not load the live tv even though I'm signed in and have a strong internet connection. I am still so disappointed, never got to see it and I waited the whole day too. Thought it was a one time thing, nope still doing it just like so many tv apps. Load that ad guys, not what I actually pay to see. watching on the app should be as seamless as it is with cable.
Problems With Casting

I have used this app daily for awhile now for Days of Our Lives...what in the WORLD is going on now when I try to cast to Chromecast/Google Home? All it does is buffer buffer buffer. And this is the only app I have problems with casting with-Netflix, etc all work fine. PLEASE FIX.
Streaming freezes during NFL games

This app and its sister app “NBC Sports” has a massive issue where the video stream freezes permanently mid-broadcast. The only remedy is to close out the video and restart the stream. But it gets painfully old when a big play is in the middle of taking place, or you just want to see everything happen as it happens. This is effecting both of my Apple TVs and has been going on for some time. This needs a fix ASAP.
The Worst

Used to be great. Now just unusable in both iPhone and desktop versions. Just freezes after a successful provider login on the phone and when ads won’t load on the desktop version.

Love the changes to the app! One thing though, closed captioning needs to go back to being something you can turn off and on inside the episode you're watching.
Annoying commercials

I moved to the west coast and loved the idea of watching some clips of the show with the app however it's so annoying that in between clips there is always a commercial and the volume is set to go 3 times higher than what the news are. It's worst than watching TV. Commercials every 10-15 sec and super loud.
