What a trash app this is

Update: “An Error Has Occurred.” Fix. Your. Broken. Butt. Apple TV. App. It’s 2020 and completely unacceptable for a large company like NBC to shovel out an app (using on Apple TV) that performs this poorly. I’ve used third party streaming apps that outperform this piece of trash app.
I use to Love the app but now not so much I have to delete it & add it again several times a day

I used a credit to watch the latest episode of This Is Us : however I got S4 E1 instead! I wouldn’t have minded using all my credits to be able to watch tonight’s 2 he premiere but when I tried to change the video it froze up and now it’s not responding. I have the latest version and the iOS 14.1 with a 5G lte service so disappointed with the app

Why are we forced to wait for an episode if it shown? It needs to be available if it’s the next night.

If you want us to watch your network’s programs stop locking them. Its very annoying

This app is terrible. Constant glitches, playback issues, and not all episodes are available. NBC needs to talk to cbs. Their app is seamless!

I love to use the N B C app... except when the episodes show they are available, but when I click on them I get a message that they failed to load.
