To use the app, just input the dimensions of your space, tap to add Seats or Sides, and drag them into place. You’ll be able to create the perfect wall-hugging sectional, the coziest lounger, or the unique configuration you’ve been dreaming of.
Once you’ve created the perfect setup and selected your Covers, you can shop that configuration online, or email it to yourself and bring it to one of our Showrooms for a demo.

Why am I forced to use an app that doesn’t even have all the options

I go to the website and they send me to the app they will not allow me to design my couch right on the website. So I downloaded the app but the app doesn’t have everything I can’t make my couch deep with electrical outlets and side tables which is what I want

Needs a lot of work. Lost my design from the board a couple of times. Missing options, can't measure open spaces, no fabric textures only colors, etc... Good to get a VERY rough idea of how many pieces you might need but nothing more. Almost a waste of time but not quite that bad and since I'm generally nice, they get 3*.

Looking at these reviews is horrible. These reviews about this app is nothing but complaints and people’s needs for a deep part of the furniture. Both sounds simple to me and I don’t understand the lack of effort from the company to make people happy as all these complaints must add to less sales than what it could be. I will wait to purchase till the company acts like making customers happy is their top priority as both major complaints I read sound like simple fixes with today’s technology and I don’t understand the lack of company effort with them. I will buy traditional furniture and check back in 5 years to see if company cares about these 2 major complaints that for now they seem to brush aside. If customers don’t matter are they charging to much and could the quality be better??

The app does not correctly add the deep side. Surprised that the app was recently ‘fixed’. It's stupidly simple. If you can get past the app’s errors and get what you need, it would be fine and helpful. The product is great.
Forced App

So the mobile site forced me to download the app and the user experience is terrible. There are multiple pop ups to navigate both on the mobile site and the app. The app is very cumbersome to use and I would rather just not buy a lovsac than be forced to use it.
App is useless.

I really want to buy a sactional but this app is useless. I went to the showroom and the couches are truly amazing but this app is not all all helpful. I’ll just draw out designs on a piece of paper myself.

When I get the configuration I want and choose the “buy” option to go to the cart, it opens up a webpage and says “error” each time. Definitely not willing to spend $5,000 on a couch if the app can’t even work...

I would love to customize a sactional, however every time I try and do so I HAVE to use the app and I can’t customize ANYTHING. It is extremely confusing and I have no idea how to change it. The most important option is “standard” or “deep” and you literally can’t select deep. You click to do it and they just add it to your sactional. ?
