Needs serious work

I use my iPhone XS Max and it is impossible to navigate and use. And I can’t use my phone on the website. Trying to show the layout to friends is not happening. Maybe when they actually spend time and money to actually make it work, I’ll give it another shot. Read other reviews to see that I’m not alone

Just downloaded this app...if zero stars was an option that’s what I would give it. After installing the app on my iPhone and opening the app my screen orientation locked in portrait and when I tried swiping to get out of it it opened my camera. I couldn’t get to my home screen only my lock screen, I shut down my iPhone (powered off) restarted it and went through the same B.S. again. As long as you don’t open the app you’re fine, as soon as you open it you’re locked in portrait orientation. After the third shutdown I just deleted the app...just not worth the aggravation!!!!

I gave one star because I had to put the app on my phone to look at their products. So I downloaded it just to give this stupid review, and then I am going to delete. Most likely won’t even look at Lovesac on my computer now either. WTG!!!!
Borderline Useless!

My wife and I decided to bite the bullet and buy $5000 worth of LoveSac furniture. On paper this app should be great for helping us plan out configurations, but in practice it is useless. We bought 6 seats and 8 sides based on what we liked in the showroom. You’d think this app could show us “any and all configurations possible with 6/8” but no, it prefers to show pretty much everything else. I do not care what is possible with 3/6 or 8/12. I would rather have a breakdown of “what can you do with what you specifically own.” I have found more useless items from random web searches than this app. My recommendation to people: buy the wood blocks at the LoveSac store and use those to simulate the items you own.

Got so frustrated with the app that I ended up not buying/designing a couch because of the app that is not user friendly and makes it so hard to do such a thing!!

Changed room dimensions multiple times and stays 20x20, what is the point of having option to “change” if it stays the same??? Change the color in the side bar, nothing changes. Deleting app and annoyed with Lovesac. Assume sectionals are better than the app but questioning company now.
