Why am I forced to use an app that doesn’t even have all the options – The Lovesac App Review

I go to the website and they send me to the app they will not allow me to design my couch right on the website. So I downloaded the app but the app doesn’t have everything I can’t make my couch deep with electrical outlets and side tables which is what I want
