I’ve had this app since Superman & Lois came out and it worked fine but for the last two months the app hasn’t been working at all. I can’t watch anything on my phone or on the Roku app on my tv. It just shows an error message saying that it can’t play any titles and it’s been this way for a while.

Glitchy, slow and frustrating. Watching a series make no sense to skip episodes. We were catching up on superman and lois only to find it randomly skips episodes. Tonight S1 ep 11, only to 12 and 13 not available; but 14,15 are. Ridiculous, frustrating! And not worth using.

I have had problems with this app giving me error messages before or just staying on the loading screen, but normally, it fixes itself quickly. Now, it’s been giving me error messages and blank loading screens for 5 days. This is very frustrating when I have shows I really want to watch. I have done all the troubleshooting suggestions. Is anyone else experiencing this.
App is disabled.

Today is January 15 2022 and I can’t play any episodes on the app because just freezes and doesn’t play anything. I tired deleting the app and reinstalling it but I will just delete it forever. Fk this sht because there’s no way I shouldn’t be able to play anything. I am so tight !!!!

I kept thinking it was my phone but Netflix and Amazon work great.. this app not so much. It freezes all the time and restarts when I come back to continue, it’s annoying.

I’m a developer and this app has some fundamental problems. 1. Done button in settings doesn’t work. 2. How do you turn off captions? 3. The navigation buttons in settings don’t highlight properly. You also advertise/highlight shows you want people to watch but don’t provide episodes starting at #1 or even the beginning of the current season. You don’t really expect me to start a show at episode 5 do you?

This app is AWFUL!!! I’m not always able to watch new episodes when they air. So I try watching them on the app. I completely understand that there will be commercials, I am fine with that. I am not fine with the same commercial playing 3 or 4 times in a row. I am not fine with 10 minutes or more of commercials. I am not fine with, after a different commercial plays, then we go back to the same commercial that played 3 or 4 times in a row to another 3 or 4 times in a row. They can do better than that!! FIX YOUR APP!!!

Honestly, with all the streaming apps having certain things like dual screen, you guys can do better.

It’s wild that such a large wealthy company can have such a crappy app. The constant buffering brings me back to my 2002 dial up internet days. I guess I should be grateful the app doesn't include that screeching dial up noise. Oh, speaking of noise… the commercials are significantly louder than the show, so I have to mute them if I don’t want to play the up-down game every 5 minutes. If I try to leave the volume at a happy medium so the commercials are more bearable, I can barely hear the dialogue of the actual show. But wait, there’s more! The closed captioning is out of synch, sometimes by several minutes, so it’s no help at all in trying to catch what the characters are saying while keeping the volume low enough to avoid being startled by the extremely loud commercials or even the in-show music. Did I mention that the music in the actual show is also super loud? So I’ll have it turned up high so I can hear the dialog, then it cuts to a scene in a nightclub and I have to scramble to grab the remote to turn it back down to a reasonable level, but then the next scene is dialog so I have to turn it back up again. The whole point of watching tv shows is to relax and chill, but trying to watch anything on CW is just exhausting and frustrating. Sigh. At least it’s free.
Keeps spinning

I’m trying to watch the new episode of Walker on my iPhon, but it won’t load, the screen keeps spinning. I deleted the app and download it again, but it’s still not working. I checked my interested connect, it up to speed. The app doesn’t work on my Apple TV either, it does the same thing. Please fix the issue.
