I’m trying to watch legacies and ads have been playing for 10-15 minutes none stop

Okay I don’t know how to get in touch with the actual people so i am writing this here. I am very upset that the best show on the whole cw app is being discontinued. Containment was such a great show for the few episodes it had out and I am highly upset that they will not be continuing it:( I really wish they would!!!

Overall I like the app but I think that your platform should have all of the following seasons for the show because you all have a contract with Netflix but when that expires we can not get to the season we where on prior to what was on Netflix. Also what I’m saying is y’all shouldn’t delete seasons or episodes off of your app. I don’t like that I have to go to a website to find the previous episode of the show I want to watch. Basically, Netflix doesn’t have supergirl anymore and I went to the cw but they don’t have the episode I’m on on there so yea I’m a little upset about that but I will find a website to watch it on.

First off every maybe 5 minutes there’s an ad. There’s no point of watching if it keeps putting minute longs videos

You’d think by now there would be an option to do the Picture in Picture thing other streaming apps have. Like, I enjoy mostly listening to shows while working, taking notes, writing emails, social media-ing…but I can’t do that while using this app as it forces you to stay on the screen only to use it.

I try to watch something and the quality goes way down and idk how to fix and I’ve had this problem for a while now

The app is worst than the channel I’ve been watching rerun commercials for about 18 minutes at this point how do I delete my account and this crap is in my smart tv as well which means another ten minutes of commercials we are literally watching episodes as if they were a trailer
Why are the first 4 episodes of Legacies season 4 missing?

I like this app I do but it’s too much adds and everyone of them it stops to load so please fix that

I would really like it if there was a version of this app where I can pay to remove ads or have like a membership that I can subscribe to, to remove the ads! Please really consider adding such features!!!!
