I already paid- now I get nothing

I paid for an ad-free app. Totally worth it. Now it won't load because I need a subscription...so....what did I pay for?! They should refund the people who paid for the ad-free version, rather than just go "we're not supporting that now, unless you give us even MORE money". Seems like a scam
Completely nonfunctional now

Despite having paid for this, the only remaining functionality is Pictofacts. It will pull a listing of current articles, but return “null” if you click on anything but a pictofact list. Forcing download of the “Lite” version. I pay for Cracked access. I would like to be able to use an app. I am saddened and disappointed. Trying to avoid anger/betrayal.

I have had the Cracked app for years. I really enjoyed learning trivial things in the form of lists with some humor sprinkled in. It was a winning formula for me. The app itself was always garbage but I put up with it so I could have easy access to the content. Now they've fired all their talent and shut down the videos. The content that is there isn't any good either. There are two or three short articles posted per day with varying degrees of quality. It takes 10 minutes to read all of the content for the day. The only bright spots are when the rare Sean Baby contribution comes by.

I paid for this app years ago to eliminate ads. Somehow in the last few years my purchase was made irrelevant and ads were brought back

What the title says. Only issue is that the captions under the pictures stack (i.e. if there is more than one line of text, the subsequent lines will layer over the first rather than start a new row).

The content isn’t worth the frustration of using the app, which is an upsetting experience. The developers obviously are aware of this and don’t care. I am deleting this app

The saving grace of this garbage app used to be the content. Since Scripps bought Cracked (and fired most of their senior writers), content quality has been on a consistent downslide and often entire days' news seem little more than veiled cash grabs. Here's a big F-U to Scripps and all the people like them killing insightful art for profit.

This app is absolutely terrible. Often times I am unable to make it through an entire article without it sending me to the AppStore for some unrelated app to buy. I personally can't hate this app enough. It's a shame I actually spent money on this. Do yourself a favor and avoid this ripoff like the plague. If 1 person decides to not buy the app because of my review I feel that my good deeds are done for the year. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy reading cracked. The app is just so terrible it makes me angry whenever I use it. Please don't buy this crap. Edit: now they drop the paid app and ask that you subscribe

If I pay you money for something and then you take that something away, should I not get my money back? I feel like one of my favorite things just played me... I’m really disappointed.
