Great game! But one problem..

So I really like this game, but I spent 500 gems to buy a skin, and I couldn’t equip it to the character...why is that?

Honestly at the moment Gumi is releasing more “free” content than ever and allowing players to freely get 90% of the units in the game, and with time your able to build them all (read 6-8 months of daily playing to achieve). The problem is the limited units, and the content that is rendered either unavailable or an unpleasant grind without them. This combined with their banner changes that make the barrier to get these units have a very high gem rate (2500 gems per attempt, aka more than $10 USD for a 3% chance) it makes getting these units generally untenable for anyone not willing to invest literally 1000’s of dollars into this game a month. Granted gumi is fairly generous about awarding free gem currency, and back in the not too distant past when they offered 1 discount step per new banner so that FTP players would at least have a CHANCE at getting new units, at least depending on luck you could save up your free gems for important banners and be successful in navigating content. But alas things are not so, now they have discount tickets, which they release maybe 1x a month, and it of course guarantees nothing. The only discount step is on units that you can acquire and farm for free anyways, and all the content is designed to be a miserable drag without the new limited units (fully built). OH! Lest not forget! Instead of offering quests to farm shards for limited content of the off chance you may be able to pull the units later, or maybe even collect enough through dedication and playing to transmute them.... they put it behind a paywall! That’s right! You have to have paid their (NOW) absurd gacha costs and pulled the unit, in order to run the quest, to get the unit shards! They do this to make sure, that no matter how dedicated you are to the game, you HAVE to Pay to enjoy the later content of the game. Anyways for new players you can invest 50 hours in this game and think it’s great, end game content/pvp is a giant money grab with no reward for dedicated players, so take it with a grain of salt.

I hate to write this because I absolutely love this game.when it started it was an amazing turn based tactical rpg with a really good story that was well thought out and engaging with decent ha ha mechanics that allowed you to play as either a ftp player or whale and still get access to all of the content and game play. It was all in your strategy! Lately though the gatcha rates are dismal, the game events have no story line or reason to them and the number of technical issues grows with every patch.i mean they have a running list of known issues they release in a news post every week! That’s nuts! Also the current event with the dark units is so half assed it’s not even funny. There is no dialogue there is no explanation there are stages that have some plot to them but unless you played the Japanese version or watched the movie you would have no idea what the heck was happening. This was a great event when it dropped in the Japanese version but in the global version it’s horrible! I have been so amazingly disappointed in the fame the last two months I have decreased the time I play to only what I need to get the daily quests done and try to get enough shards to summon a unit I pulled sixteen times for with absolutely no drops. And out of those 160 unit pulls I received roughly 7 five star units. So many issues with this game right now I fear that it will crash just like what is happening to the Japanese version which is roughly a year ahead of the global version. Greedy greedy people at gumi took a great game and are souring the whole experience for the community.

I like the game, fun and honestly got me to replay Fe16. But I hate the part where you are about to do something and the game wants you to use 1 MB every time your about to start the game. It’s annoying. I think it’s just for me. Still a amazing game

So we wont lie this basis of this story is I’m a fool and I forgot to link my account. So at the end of the day yes, this whole ordeal is in fact my fault but people make mistakes. So we got ride of my old iPad and I forgot to link my game long story short I wanted to play and realized I didn’t remember whatever bogus name I made my player name. So I send in a request and I get “Willie” I tell him everything, my team leaders name, who’s on my team, levels, enlightening statuses, send him RECEIPTS of past purchases because I save weird things like that. But nope... they can’t help unless you know your exact player name, 5 names off your friends list (wwhhhaatt?!!) or a grouping of random numbers they call a friend ID. I’m sorry, I know at the end of the day it’s my fault but I mean I had order numbers from my purchases?! You can’t look that information up? Find out to what account it when to and quiz me on what going on in their? You can look up accounts on past purchases at a JCPENNY and you’re telling me you can’t do that when your a company that literally creates games on even more advanced TECHNOLOGY than a RETAIL STORE. Super disappointed because your games are amazing. Oh well. Nothing like losing a loyal customer.

I can not believe it when I saw it okay well I don’t know about it but came cross it again well I decide to download it and played it next day and oh boy when I played it I was getting excited and I never had this feeling when I was getting a Pokémon game but I am very impressed about this game and very excited keep on playing it and if you have no idea what this game about give it try and maybe you’ll like to play it

Every anniversary I have had to make a new account. Lost it the first time by deleting game, and a new one made it work again. This time anniversary broke it again and somehow the game skipped a whole chapter and put me on 5. Now I can be in either. That may be part of it. Customer service gave me some ideas but every goddamn time, it’s an anniversary.
