This app will no longer let me scan my receipt to get stripes credit and for some reason I'm not entering it right and it's impossible to get in contact with customer support.

I don't have to manually put codes in ? andddd it won't even show my rewards when I do have them! Fail Fail Fail!!!
Fix it and make it actually work

This app does not function well at all, and is in serious need of an update. When I try to add credit for points the scan function does not even remotely work. Fix it!

Update: Please fix the Get Rewards issue. When attempting to scan your receipt, the camera is "frozen" to a blurred image. Drastically reducing Review score upon upon this error. The update looks nice but removes user friendly features. Prior to the update, I could easily view my current points. With the latest update, my username/password are not remembered although I select "remember" on the web based link. Integrate access for Touch ID & Passbook for the Rewards program.
App is not what it use to be

Can't log in anymore. App and website tells me "customer not found". I have about 150 points in the bank. The food is even going down hill. Wake up TGIF!!!

Very frustrating to use the very zip code for the TGIF location and get no nearby locations found. There an Applebee's pretty close maybe we will give them a try.
