Technical difficulties every time I go to checkout. “See your server” - the whole idea of having an app is to do online ordering before I get to the restaurant...

Useless app! Order online? No Pay while dinning? No It doesn’t do anything but take up space. If I could give it no stars I would.

Terrible app . Spend tons of money here and my account won’t even log me in to redeem points .

I've been a loyal customer and regular for 24 years. I go 2-3 times a week since it's within walking distance to my house. No more. I'm boycotting til you fix this app. I have a bunch of points I want to use and can't get in. It flashes when you click to open the app like everyone else says on here and shuts down. I tried to get in through the web and it tells me incorrect password almost always even though it's not. What a frustrating thing to have to deal with. 24 years I'm a regular 2-3 times every week. No more. And neither are 4 other regulars. Many times we are the only ones siting at the bar from 5-7 on Monday nights. Now no one will be there until you fix this. We've all had it. I've complained 4x. Only 1 response out of 4 and that was 2 months ago. Said "we're working on it?" 2 months? I could have written a new script for it in 24 hours! Just horrible how you guys treat people. Oh and get your open table thing fixed with their app too. No one in the restaurant including the manager knows how to check you in to the open table app when you make a reservation. I give your company an F-. Well it's back to carrabas and bonefish grill to spend my money until it's fixed...cya Fridays :)

Sends your order to wrong store

Even after I double checked and confirmed my order location, it still sent it to the wrong store and I am going through hell trying to get my refund. Don’t bother using this app. Not worth the perceived benefits of being easier. Definitely not easier.

Double check your location!

Really needs a location selection page in the ordering process. Placed an order and it’s not until the receipt that it tells me Syracuse NY. I’m over 70 miles away from there. Had to call them and cancel the order. Then change the location in the app before completely rebuilding the order and placing again.

Concept ok but useless

This app is useless if I can never redeem the points I have earned. Every time I go to “USE REWARDS” it says my points cannot be located under this email. Some error always come up. They make sure you can pay but cannot fix the issue of not being able to use your points that you earned. Smh. Useless.

Rewards section doesn’t work

As someone said before, an error message comes up when you hit the use rewards option. Please fix on the next update.
