Why is the App still not working after 3 months? Every time I open it it crashes and closes. I have been a fan for years and have amassed a good amount of points but I can't use them. Please get this fixed!

Even with the new update it crashes right away. Kind of hard to use if it never works.

It would be helpful if the app automatically saved my receipt when I scan it and pay for my food with the app Or when i scan in and enter in my rewards credit A+ for having Apple Pay function in the app

Crashes immediately. Attention TGI Friday's are you out there? You have now (Jan 4th) released 4 update versions to this app since July 2017 that have not worked (crashes on start). IOS 9 device. Fifth time I have posted...still no fix......why attempt to add features if app won't even launch?.....honestly I am giving up on your chain.....sad

App doesn’t work. Failure of an attempt and a waste of money in competition with other companies raking in big money with apps and online ordering. Tgi lists ‘online ordering’ in the app, which just redirects you to calling locations that don’t pick up the phone. Obviously developed this app just to advertise that they have one. Crossing them off my ‘wonder what im hungry for’ list, as should you. There are plenty of competent companies out there.

Even with an update on my iPhone 6, I can't open this app. Fridays has lost my business on several occasions because of this.
