Tried resetting password, check spam nothing. Can login to website not app. Reset does not work.
TGIFridays needs an overhaul

Customers are not coming here, I remember the days of waiting in line. Food and service were always good. Menu has gone downhill for years. There’s nothing good on the menu. Go back to what made you good or you’ll be closing your doors. Today there was no help. Manager finally took our order. Manager came back 1/2 hr and said overcooked one meal. It was being remade. Order arrived finally and my appetizer was overcooked and horrible. You charge too much for bad food, limited options, and bad service.

App is great but employees should know how to use it

I wasn’t sure how to redeem my rewards. I didn’t know whether to redeem before or after I ordered my food. I had to call the store for help, they told me that employees are not allowed to use the app! Anyway I think you order the food first then redeem. It’s a little confusing

Stopped in TGIF in central islip for a drink and some dinner no bud light bottle second time this has happened burgers were at best mediocre not a soul in place has been going downhill for past couple years we use to bring 10 people in for rib special no more very poor management should at least have decent food and drink will not return to central islip location

Needs Mobile Pay Option

The App has no issues and works great. It is missing a mobile pay option to pay bills after dining in-restaurant.
