App is great but employees should know how to use it – TGI Fridays US Review

I wasn’t sure how to redeem my rewards. I didn’t know whether to redeem before or after I ordered my food. I had to call the store for help, they told me that employees are not allowed to use the app! Anyway I think you order the food first then redeem. It’s a little confusing
