TGIFridays needs an overhaul – TGI Fridays US Review

Customers are not coming here, I remember the days of waiting in line. Food and service were always good. Menu has gone downhill for years. There’s nothing good on the menu. Go back to what made you good or you’ll be closing your doors. Today there was no help. Manager finally took our order. Manager came back 1/2 hr and said overcooked one meal. It was being remade. Order arrived finally and my appetizer was overcooked and horrible. You charge too much for bad food, limited options, and bad service.
