Useless for visitors

You can’t create an account / sign in to the app without a UK address even though I have a regular / non-visitor Oyster card.

Not good for regular visitors

I don’t have a UK address, but visit regularly and this could be really useful to me. TFL requires a UK address to use this app. It might be great, but I’ll never know, so one star.

The entire reason I downloaded this app was a way to check my remaining balance on my Oyster visitor card. Try to add it and it says visitor cards aren’t support. This app is useless!

Everywhere on the TfL.gov.uk website it says you can buy the Oyster card on the app, but you can't. Oh can only add Oyster card to the app or add contactless payment. Also so many apps have a journey planner INSIDE the app. I can't believe I have to be redirected.

I travel to London a ton and would love to use this app. Scence i seem to all was lose my oyster card. But to be allow to just have it on my phone would be great. BUT I AM NOT A RESIDENT OF THE UK. so i cant use the service. I am from the US

Hello I am a student that would like to know how much I am spending on public transport while on the go with this app instead on calculating manually how much. I was really excited when I found this app but later found out that this app doesn’t work with my 18+ photo card. Please add this to one of the features of the app. Thanks in advanced!
