It worked fine for a month or two but now I can’t send any messages or phone calls it just rings and doesn’t connect. ***update**** Now I can make calls but not send texts. I thought that problem was fixed. I’m just going to delete this whole app. Don’t waste your time downloading it.

I downloaded this app for another business line. It worked great for few weeks after downloading the app. Now just like other people have experiencing, I could not send out or receive text. After many attempts, I tried deleting and reinstalling app. As a result, I could not sign in. At the bottom of the sign-in screen keeps saying the “net work busy, please try again later.” Your assistant will be much appreciated.

I truly enjoy having this app. I have noticed lately that messages are not coming through as they are sent to me. I will get a notification, but no message pops up for several minutes, or even hours later. Makes for a choppy conversation. The rest is great! I especially like that you can lock the app if you want to! Thanks for keeping this free guys!! Update: Issue has gotten worse. Messages are no longer coming through on this app ☹️ Developers.. please help. Update to my update: No word from developers. Uninstalled app, and reinstalled, in an attempt to fix issues. Now that I’ve re-downloaded it, it says network is busy try again later... EVERY TIME I TRY.. the network is busy... might have to let this one go. Not by choice. Laast attempt at getting help before deleting app.

I have problems with the app, it does not let me send any message, and I just received one from you where it says that it will be canceled because it has been inactive that I have to talk or send a message to any of my contacts, but it does not let me do it .

Making calls with this app is fantastic, however, sending text messages absolutely does not work. Also, there is the issue of your number expiring which can be a pain as you will have to get a new phone number and let all your contacts know about it.

I haven’t been able to log in to the application in days. I keep getting an error to please try again network issues. I’ve reset my phone numerous times to jump start the application. I know I’ve missed a lot of messages and this is disappointing. I need a reliable second number application and I guess I’ll need to pay for it.

They advertise the ability to have a reliable second number for business. NOT TRUE! I printed business cards with the phone number on it and I would constantly get complaints that the number doesn’t work. It connects when it wants to and the worst part is I tried to log out and log back in thinking it would solve the problem,...NEGATIVE! Now I get error message saying Network Busy try again later for the past 3 days. I tried to port the number to another carrier since I have advertising out and guess what..., that feature is NOT supported and can not be done. DO NOT USE THIS AS AN OPTION FOR A SECOND NUMBER FOR BUSINESS.

Pleassee are you going to fix this?!! Keep getting network busy. Please respond and just let us know if your not going to fix guess I’ll just start hunting for new one Please fix!! Now I can’t even get a number network is busy for 5 days What happened to this app!! This was WAS my favorite app but since june 3 it stopped working all together can’t text or call anyone just get red exclamation mark
