First of all, the app is AMAZING! I cannot believe it. No ADs, a nice UI, clear calls, and of course the texting works perfectly. I used this app a lot lately but have been off of it. Once I had stopped, my number expired. This is a bummer because I have all the text history on it and I didn’t want to get a new number. I know you have to revoke the numbers so others can use them, but is they’re a way to get it back? This really stinks because I love the app and this 1 inconvenience made me lower my review.

Network Busy!

Downloaded a few days ago. Signed up but have not been able to use the app because of the continuous “Network Busy” message. I sent an email to customer service but no response. Cannot comment on the app itself as l have not been able to make use of it.

I’ve been using this app for the longest and I love it!! But I’ve been experiencing problems for the past few weeks. I can’t sent or receive texts. I deleted the app and installed again BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I try to log in and it keeps saying network busy please try again later. Please fix it :(

This was the best legit app for real! Whatever happened during last update it gives me Network Error Try Again. It’s been saying this for almost a week now. Uninstalled 5 times then reinstalled.

I lost my iCloud and gmail

I used TextOne number for 2 step verification and suddenly it stopped to send or receive messages. I have contacted support and after many days they sent me gmail verification messages that not worked for me. Now I am hitting my head but neither it’s support nor my number is able to send or receive messages. Ruined me badly even I have 43K TextOne credits

I enjoy using this app. For the most part it works. Every now & then it won’t alert me that I have a text message until I open the app & some phone calls are missed. The main reason I this is 3 stars is because you are supposed to be able to burn the number if need be and I can’t. I like the credits you get to make international calls for free but if you advertise as a burn app then the burn number option should work.

I’ve had this app for a while and mar business cards using the number and ads however the number suddenly stopped working NONE of my text messages send nor receive and calls don’t come thru. I’ve lost money using this app!!!

My texts are no longer sending. When I went to the App Store and clicked the link for support I got transferred to a web page with some email contact addresses but it was referencing media inquiries and business development stuff which doesn’t necessarily apply to customer service for support with service issues. I like having this app to have a second phone number, but I am annoyed that I cannot send or receive texts with it anymore. I get the little red circle with the exclamation point in it indicating that the message did not send, no matter what number I send a text to. I just made a phone call with the app, so thankfully that much still works! If you can fix it where my texts work as well as the calls do I will re-review and put five stars instead of just one. Thanks and have a great day
