Get a better app w/ better support!! – Texas Hold'em Poker: Pokerist Review

“VIP” status is a joke. Chips are not too expensive. I bought some. Played a slot machine. The slot glitches and didn’t payout anything on a really big jackpot (I have a picture of this that I sent their support team) showing that I won but did not receive any winnings. So I contacted their “VIP support team” since I had bought a few chips with real money and turned those chips in to a bunch more (point of casino apps) ....BIG MISTAKE. They are the rudest, most incompetent, shady and insulting people you’re likely to ever encounter. I wouldn’t download this app or speak to anyone who works at this app again even if I had won $1,000,000 REAL DOLLARS.
