The update states improved summon experience. There is no summon experience now or previously, so how is that improved. App is also extremely slow to load.

Not how beta features of the car work The app works as advertised Preheat, unlock start etc Summon and other features are beta and will improve over time

Don't let these bad reviews fool you... This is a FREE app!!!! That being said, Tesla did a GREAT job IMO at delivering an app that really puts you in control even when you're not close to the car at all.... Yeah there are some features I wish this app included but like I said it's FREE!!!

Needs fingerprint recognition

The app is very good on serval areas of basic operations. Please integrate fingerprint recognition into the Apple iPhone, Watch and iPad. Needlessly typing in a password each time has already been addressed and solved by Rego Apps. Thank you.

I've had other car manufacturer apps and compared to this they are terrible. This one could use a few more features but what it does do,it does it very well. Very Stable unlike Remote S. My only complaint is that it doesn't implement Touch ID for starting. So I use ConnecTT for that.

I keep trying to log into my car and I'm sure I'm putting in the right info, but it keeps saying it "cannot connect." This problem has persisted for about a week now. Needs update or something.

*Latest: to release an update that allows you to control your garage via HomeLink from the app BUT ONLY for the autopilot cars is strait BULL? 1 star until this is fixed. Update: this app hasn't received significant changes/revisions/improvements in well over a year. The latest Remote S app leaves this one in the dust as far as functionality goes. That being said, I still love this app and use it all the time because I prefer the UI. To Elon/Tesla Devs: PLEASE make the changes requested in this review though, I know EVERY Tesla owner would appreciate them. **ALSO, PLEASE add Apple Watch (?⌚️) support, other car companies (e.g. BMW & Porsche) already have it and so does the aforementioned Remote S app.** This app is incredible. Two thumbs up for the awesome (albeit slightly limited by Remote S standards) functionally ?? A FEW things though - 1. Please make use of iOS 8's Touch ID API to allow newer iPhone owners to start their car using the secure fingerprint sensor (without entering their passwords) ??✅ 2. Please implement an iOS 9 / 8 / 7 -inspired flat design and support RHD (iPhone 6s / 6s Plus 3x assets) 3. Please allow owners to stream a feed from the rear camera for monitoring purposes. 4. Please enable Homelink functionality within the app itself, so that garages and gates can be opened via the app. Looking forward to future updates ---

Location window tracking failure

When the car is being transported on a trailer the location window shows the last location where the car was turned on 99% of the time. There are brief flashes of the current location but they are not long enough to be useful. The current location is tracked correctly on the Home window giving street addresses.

Useful App for Tesla owners but it keeps crashing. Needs a lot of work. Really surprising that Tesla can't fix this issue for such a great car!!!
