A very well thought out app for landlords and tenants. Works with multiple units/rooms, accepts ACH, upload leases, accept security deposits, issue repairs and/or reimbursements. So great! I am using this with a housing cooperative and it works well.

I was recommended this by a friend but so far it’s very confusing as a first time user. Adding a co-owner completely didn’t work and now my husband has two versions of the same house in his app and can’t get rid of it. A rental applicant said he completed an application but it’s not showing up at all in the app. I’m unsure if the applicant only shows up after the report is completed or is it supposed to give me some status of someone starting the process. I don’t know if Tellus has a lease agreement offering or not. Overall, it’s very confusing and I’m annoyed I’m trying this out with an actual potential tenant. I’m worried I’m going to lose this applicant. Very frustrating.

Stay away from this app they say they will give you 3 percent APY daily but it’s not even 3 percent I don’t know where they get there math from and plus when I uploaded 200 they ask for proof or they wasn’t going to upload my money

Renting out my home was full of so many fears. The Tellus App and the very quickly responsive customer service has proven to be perfect for me to keep track of everything related to the property and tenants. I was able to easily gather everything I needed at tax time, which is a huge plus. As a bonus, there are not many (if any) financial institutions that offer the great interest rates that are available with the Boost Savings that are offered. Even if you only use the app for earning money, it is well worth it.
