The solution I was looking for! – Tellus: Savings & Real Estate Review

A very well thought out app for landlords and tenants. Works with multiple units/rooms, accepts ACH, upload leases, accept security deposits, issue repairs and/or reimbursements. So great! I am using this with a housing cooperative and it works well.
