Flat out doesn’t work

Downloaded the app a couple days ago and I’ve been trying to start using it. I can’t link a bank account without verifying my email. I’ve tried 4 times to verify it and I’ve never received an email. It’s not in the main folder, not in my junk folder, I’ve searched my entire inbox for the senders name and nothing. I guess they don’t want to let me use them for a savings account. Kinda figured 3% interest was too good to be true.

I use this as an emergency fund for my family. The return is amazing and it makes it easy to access the money if you need it. The Tellus team is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. Highly recommend to anyone who has a high yield savings account.

This app is very comprehensive for my property management needs. I have been looking to invest more of my time and money into real estate and I’m excited to see what else this app can do! APY is great. Costumer service function is well suited for a busy lifestyle, the chat function allows you to send a request whenever and they get back to you during business hours as opposed to waiting for anavailable agent.

Amazing customer service! always very helpful, friendly, and easy to contact, quick responses. The boost are great! Love the little quizzes to earn boost they have great tips and info. Enjoy ready the blogs, and the best part is how fast and easy my savings account can grow! Best one in the game so far. I’ve never seen a savings account grow so fast and I’ve tried many. I really recommend this app to anyone that wants to make a smart money move and start saving and earning money while you sleep! Love you guys❤️

This a great simple way to earn at least 3% interest on your money. Everyday you have an opportunity to earn a boost the rate which I have received as high as 4.3%. The interest is added daily so your money compounds much quicker so you’ll earn gains much faster compared to a traditional bank. I highly recommend!

I’m teetering. I’m in between a small property manager/investor moving to get bigger. I don’t know if this app is right for me. I’m afraid I can’t seem to find more detailed information about what is offered and how it works. I found an email link I’ll also use to ask my questions though it seemed it was more for technical questions than the ones I have. Thank you.

I’ve been using this app for approx 2 years. First it was free to collect rent electronically which was my first priority. It may have been an early stage company at that point so I was always chatting with support for assistance and questions. I have been extremely happy with the relevant response and timeliness of it all!! It’s not a link to a page of FAQs. Also when making recommendations, they are also responsive. This is very important. I haven’t used all the functionality of this app but am discovering more as I use it and read other feedback. Great future for this app and the company!!
